okay, so i had wanted to do a 40 day Water Fast and this thursday would have been day 10. On day 5 i visited my friend and her family and am spending time with them until this thursday. I ate on day 6 because we went to her grandmothers for sunday fam. brunch.(food was unavoidable, and explaining would have made me looks nuts)
anyway my new goal is a 30 day fast starting tomorrow, thursday august 27th, and ending friday september 25th. The reason for the time constraint is because my mom will be visiting and she is not very "supportive" of this type of weight loss. That is my purpose for fasting, to lose some undesired pounds. (although i found that the 5 day start to my other fast, had helped me with some intestinal issues that i have had for a while. Now that i have eaten, they have returned.)
does anyone else plan on Water Fasting during this time? and if anyone has any advice for making it through the long haul, please let me know. thanks!
