thanks tony i have some gtf on hand will start taking that and get the mag again as well as find a way to eliminate/restrict the carbs still trying to find the best way to eat vegeterian and now without the soy what are some of the best fat sources that are low in carb and protien? also what is the diet that would allow for me to do that?
