Thanks, Paint Lady. I have been drinking apple juice off and on for weeks, and always at least 3 days before doing a flush, but it's getting to me. I know from the pressure that my big stone isn't moving, so this may be a way to dissolve it faster. But your suggestion of a smaller dose sounds wise -- I don't mind it taking a little longer. I've wondered about taking the "stone breaker" herb too. There's so many things to try it's hard to know which one to use. Can't afford to do them all at once, tempting as it is!
