If you all can please read this without judgment...!

I'm a long time smoker. Quit for a mere 5 years after I found out I was pregnant...and managed to stay cig free for only 5 years.

So I am now using an electronic cigarette until I can lower my dose to nothing. It is probably the most effective thing I've found so far. My cravings for the "habit" of smoking, as well as getting the tar out of my lungs. Next will be working on the nicotine addiction.

They are sort of amazing. Can smoke them on a plane, in a restaurant, or anywhere in public. Looks like a real cigarette.

I will tell you though, I live in CA, an even an unreal cigarette will cause a lynch mob to form pretty quickly.
