Hi

As I recall, the only time that I found the taste of the drink not sour (and delicious) is when I used the juice of quality lemons. Which does not happen frequently.

Not only the lemon I find are expensive, they have also thick skin and are very sour. So, most of the time I use ACV.

That is why I add spices to my drinks to somehow improve the taste.
