Hi, welcome to the board, I'm also pretty new here though educated about juicing, fasting, etc. I just did my first Liver Flush 2 days ago...check my post describing just below....meanwhile, I laid on my back for 20 minutes and then because my leg and stomach muscles were "twitching" ..I rolled to my right and the muscles calmed down and I went to sleep within 45 minutes. I didn't have any "pain" at all, and I released about 15 classic green pea gallstones....5 of them double the size of a pea.... meanwhile the next day, toward the evening, and today, I got a truly miserable headache....which I think I got because I did not use Epsom Salts and only enema yesterday morning...so I think I let too many toxins come out and stay in my system and whammo, such a miserable headache which I know will fade away as today goes on...its 9am for me here in Shanghai....good luck, Mario
