Let us know what happened when you ate the garlic. I would give it a try too. Some one has to be a guinea pig!! *LOL* Good Luck, am waiting to read your results! I just ate a sprouted bread sandwich with avocado, Sea Salt and three cloves of garlic and it was delicious.
