Zoe,

I agree none of us should be buying into half the garbage pharmaceuticals sell. But I also do not think the vitamin companies are the solution. They are suggesting taking a pill of herbs is going to solve everything. How is that natural? We should be getting our vitamins from food. Our bodies are less likely to absorb what is in a pill verses food.

I do not get sick and refuse any pharmaceuticals and herbal remedies. My diet consists of local grown food and plenty of sprouts.
