It's so amazing how closed-minded medical professionals can be!

I loved hearing about your coffee enema! *grin* You might try your next one in the bathtub or shower! It's really the best way...it's the only way for me. Also, be sure to precede the coffee enema with a plain warm water enema to empty out the colon as far as possible so you won't have such an urgency when you get the coffee in there.

The coffee enema will stimulate your liver to release toxins, and at the same time, it will help you to empty your colon even more. I like to take a bit of liquid Bentonite in water before my coffee enema to help absorb any toxins that are dumped by the liver into the intestine. BTW, coffee enemas alone have stopped severe headaches for me!! This is a great technique if you despise taking toxic meds like I do!
