Very good post!  I agree wholeheartedly that you have to get to and correct the root cause if you want to completely eliminate cancer and prevent it from returuning.  In many instances though, the stage of the cancer, size and aggressive of the tumor may make it mandatory to also take steps to slow, stop, reduce and/or eliminate the tumor to give yourself the time needed to correct the underlying causes.
