Thank you Diane.....it has been a couple of days since my Liver Flush and the coffee fiasco....and there is no question that besides the mess...the coffee certainly relieved any post Liver Flush cramps I had....during the day now from time to time I get a brief cramp in the area of my liver/gallbladder and I hope it is my liver continueing to force out stones.

I started the Lemonade Diet last night....tastes pretty good and I like the cayenne pepper...has a bloody mary type spicy taste to it. I also started up on the P/B shakes again last night after stopping them for a few days during the flush.

Oh, and by the way, my nurse friend asks me about my flush and such, but then won't listen to my answer....she calls what I am doing "Internet Voodoo Medicine"....oh well.
