Am going about my post Master-Cleanse diet- am a vegan and a vegetarian- and am in light of all the controvery- am not sure whether to give up soy or strike a balance somewhere. Today went to whole food market, saw tofu, picked it up but soon thereafter put it right back on teh shelf.......not sure......any thoughts?

My BMs have not got back to normal ever since I finished Master-Cleanse and Liver Flushes and got back to eating.....any advice?
