Hello! Last Wednesday I started my candida cleanse. I am at this point taking 3 drops Oreganol 3x's a day, 2 T EVCO 3x's a day, and 1 mug of Pau D'Arco tea 3x's a day. Along with following the diet. I have added more garlic into my diet, and am searching for a good way to eat it raw that wont make my tummy sensitive to it. (usually if I eat raw garlic, I nearly throw up)

I have been reading testimonies here, and other places about those who have successfully cured their over abundance of candida, but most that I have read have spent loads of money on supplements and specific anti-candida blends. Will what I am taking be enough to get rid of it?
