Hi. It's the middle of the night and I'm tired so I hope this makes sence. This website has a lot of useful information on using both the malic acid, with dosage amount and the phosphoric acid.

http://www.sensiblehealth.com

But you can find other recipies by doing a web search for phosfood gallstone. Or phosphoric acid gallstone.

That isn't the recipe that I used though. What the health food store recommended (and I did) was that for three days prior to the flush we take 45 drops of phosfood liquid three times per day. Thier flush was two lemons and a half cup of oil. Pretty similar to the ones we have here. Except they used a herbal laxative. The woman there had already done it 5 times with success. (I also used the malic acid capsules which wasn't in thier recipie. I was desperate and couldn't go on having attacks almost daily so I wanted to cover all my bases. Tried to find gold coin grass too but it was 45 dollars for a huge bundle. I couldn't imagine eating that many leaves of it in my entire life)

I used my low carb flush. I don't think the type of flush had anything to do with the success. I think the phosphoric acid and the malic acid were what caused me to get rid of the stuck one. The reason I think this is the pain went away on the third day of using the phosphoric acid and malic acid. But because I had been weakened by so much blood loss I waited a few days more before I did my flush.

If you use this please be cautious with it. I think the dosage the healthfood store was recommending was too much. While I was searching for it online I found some recipies that recommended 60 drops for the whole day. That sounds a lot safer. If I ever use it again I'll be lowering my dosage.

Take care,
Lisa
