Try to find NIGARI.

Nigari is used in tofu production, it makes protein and fat contained in hot soy milk coagualte into tofu.

Natural nigari is made from Sea Salt , it contains all other salts, of which Magnesium Sulfate is the main ingredient.

Modern tofu producers are actually using "industrial nigari", which is usually clean magnesium sulfate.

Nigari is, I think, Japanese word, but you may try to find what is the name of the substance used in tofu production.
