I think it is the Malic acid but since we have no way to easily supplement this outside of juicing or taking highly reactive malic acid it might as well stand for Mag Malate...

No, my Dad takes that now...I used to take a lot more but take a about half than that now...then again my Dad will eat American Cheese which is loaded with Alu...
