By "best side effect is their zeta effect on blood", do you mean it thins the blood and makes it less sludgy to assist kidneys and liver in detoxification? Do you think magnesium in general does this or is it the malic acid specifically in the mag.malate that does this?

Do you think 2.5 grams of malic acid a day is too high a dose to start off with? And being in this is not DMSA, would every 8 hrs. be okay do you think?
