Ok, I did the olive oil/lemon juice Liver Flush this past weekend and got lots of stones out as I described earlier. I was quite constipated when I began the cleanse and thought that the Epsom Salts would clear out my bowels at the same time it was moving the stones out of the GB and Liver. However, there was very little real "poop" discharged during the cleanse and today, Tuesday, I am soooo constipated that I don't know what to do. I'm not at home where I could do a coffee enema or start a bowel cleanse. I'm at my daughter's. She is also constipated and expecting a baby, so she is being ultra careful about not doing anything except water and Citrecel. So here we are, Mother and Daughter, full of it.
I just wonder why the Epsom Salts did not act as a laxative during the cleanse. I figured I'd be running to the bathroom for days, but NOT! Any experience with this?
