Went to see my doctor and he gave me antacid tablets - these seem to work well straight away - but dont seem quite so good now. There called CIMETIDENE.

BTW is it a dull pain that seems to sit in the front of your stomach but can also move to what feels like the top of your colon? Then sometimes nothing at all?
