Hi Chinamario...you can absolutley go ahead with Hulda's Liver Flush regime and not use the Epsom Salts . Quite a few people don't use them...and if you can't find them, that's okay. Because you do enemas...one the morning after (or however many it takes?) is perfect. Basically, you don't want to have those stones sitting in your for days afterwards...the Epsom Salts (or enema) flushes them out immediately. I have had them into me for a few days (because I only took a teeny dose of Epsom Salts the next morning) and it was really quite gross because the stones that came out were just a 'shell' as all the insides had melted...the stench - ooooh, I wont' go into details! - but I don't think it's good to have the toxins contained in the liver/ Gallstones going back into your blood stream!

Your enemas should fix that!
