again...I am no pro on here.....but I do believe that when we relieve our bodies of toxins...lots of them go out with the stones...however...I believe that once released into our system the kidneys then must also remove the toxins and waste in our blood and that may be where the pain is coming from.

I found the tea at a local health store....it tastes good and I think I am just going to just make it my morning drink...especially during this toxic cleansing stuff. I also gave myself my first coffee enema yesterday with messy results...but it seemed to have helped.
