Thanks! Is water melon seed tea easy to come buy? Do i have to buy a Watermelon and create the tea from its seeds?

I have been drinking more water since i posted my message and my pain subsided a little. I'm considering continuing with an oil/grapefruit mixture, and just having a smaller amount regularly which may help to get more out. Anymore advice would be appreciated.
