Tell them to LET YOU SLEEP when you are asleep. NO waking up to conform to their schedule. That was the WORST when I was in the hospital with my ankle. Bring a sleep mask with you, there's always too much light in those places.
I know you don't want to go in. I think that you will have the best care possible though and western medicine is great at emergency intervention.

They're going to save your life. Let them.
