Hey thanks Spud - so I can up the ante on the DE? I started it last week in my water per Hv who also mentioned Jiaogulan tea., and I think it's working! I'll try the teaspoon too. Do you think I could use the liquid Kelp I have here with the DE 50/50? I don't have Lugols yet, but also have kelp powder on hand. Would either of these forms of Iodine be comparable? What a great idea - how long did you leave it on?
