Actually...since the Nurse Practitioner (a "hippy" type guy that doesn't mind talking about the Alternative stuff, which is nice), mentioned gold with Rheumatoid Arthritis , I've been reading about collodial gold..but it sounds like gold shots were what they found to be more effective.

The N.P was talking about the med's being an immunosuppressant, and having to monitor the liver regularly. He was going to refer dad to a rheumatoid Dr, but I told dad that even if he went, and the Dr wanted to put him on the med's, I didn't think the med's would be a good thing anyhow.

Another thing that showed on dad's blood test- is slightly below the norm with his white blood cell count :(
