Well, I think it's a great idea for anyone who wants to try it. Agnes can't do it and I can't do it because we don't have any more stones. Darn it!!!

The malic acid is a whole new concept for me. In fact, it's so new to me I have never even heard of it. Ha! But I plan on learning more about it!

I am curious---how much weight have you lost on The Adkins Diet?
