I didnt know that about the cold-packs and other things on this list.



Some of the things I read to avoid using to prevent a cytokine storm from happening is

Avoid chocolate , Elderberry, Echinacea and Honey. They are good for ordinary flues, but not the Swine Flu strain.


Some things that stop cytokine cells are:

Cranberry

Organic Green tea (or White Tea)


Fulvic acid is also good at detoxing- as well as assisting with respitory issues.


Oregano Oil and Raw Garlic will kill swine flu cells and the nutritionists are saying to avoid immune boosting supplements but concentrate on the nutrients that will Kill the cells and shorten the flu's duration.

I would expect that also applies when getting the vaccine as well- Viruses in those shots won't stand a chance against raw garlic and oregano oil in the blood stream.
