Its difficult to comment without knowing more. But perhaps its something else as you have been through a course of liver cleansing. There are many people here on this site who have tried different methods for reinvigorating the digestion. I have followed some of the discussions and found them useful, particularly in pushing me towards trying things out.

For me, beginning to improve my state of health took a long while and involved several different procedures. I learnt a lot of different ideas and became better able to understand symptoms. Simple things like a course of B vitamins helped as did iron and calcium supplements after a long period of poor absorption, (although I don take them anymore).

I suppose my point is that Liver Cleansing is, for me, only one method amongst others and probably wont by itself restore me to the state of health I think possible.
