As she said in her original post: " I would tend to go on the side of caution if there is no definite conclusive answer, but would need something to use instead of the ashwagandha."

In my mind, even with so little experience, the evidence is stacked up against this herb. Too much uncertainty. It would be worth hunting for some other herb.
