Hi Evan,
Your question: We spend a lot of time focusing on the negative effects of farming dependent on excessive amounts of Potassium Nitrate and rightfully so as it is devastating on the health of our bodies and the health of the environment.
My question is, do people who practice high BRIX gardening techniques ever user Potassium Nitrate is small amounts to produce high BRIX produce?
Answer: I do not personally know of anyone who does.
The only thing I have found Potassium Nitrate good for is Rotting out Tree Stumps by drilling Holes in them and filling the holes with Potassium Nitrate.
This will Rot the Tree Stump just like Fruits and Vegatables raised with too much Potassium Nitrate and they Rot!.
Cause and Effect!
Smile Tis your choice.
