Woah Clary!!! That is something else! And you had dozens/hundreds of these things? How big are they? I wonder if anyone knows what these things are? So many questions...so much excitement! ha!

That is some flush you had...and you sound just filled with energy - fantastic. Your 'coffee grounds' sound very familiar to me...I'm sure I've read of someone else having a similar flush result. hmmmm.

The guideline is usually two weeks between flushes in order that the old stones can move forward...but people have done them one after another if they're in pain.

Well..I can't wait to hear what your next flush is like!
