I have tried both Vitalerbs (Dr. Christopher) and SuperFood Plus ( Dr. Schulze ), but honestly I don't know which one is the best. Can anyone fill me in on why one or the other may be better choice. Looks like they both have pretty good ingredients, so is it just a matter of preference or is one list of ingredients superior to the other? I also see Uny makes the Original Superfood. I'm not sure what Dr. S changed, but would the original be better than what he's selling now? I'm also not sure if the Vitalerbs now are the same as what Dr. Christopher would've made.
