Few days ago, I had a sudden asthma and had a panic attack too. It all cleared up with rest and staying dehydrated. I am on my 9th day, most of my symptoms are gone, no meds were used! I have finally beat my sinus attack without the relay on traditional medicians. I must say, today, my nose is still runny and slight cough is there but I never felt lighter, clear minded and peaceful in sometime now. I sleep much better. I am eating little food only when I am hungry and a bit of comfort for good taste. I think I had bad allergies because right now, I am having diahrrea and foul smell b.m. I am slim but my face and chin are very bloated!! now the bloatness is gone and I can breath better!!

I think I should watch out while eating as I tend to binge eat sometimes and mixed lots of food together and eat loads of junk food and eat a single food too manytimes. I watched myself during this sinus infection and I am having alot of symptoms that could indicate an allergy. I wish anyone with allergies will give me advice on the best way to deal with them because I am not sure what is triggering my allergies. I never had any allergies in the past or sinus infection, it all started after using roaccutane to treat my acne. this is stuff is poison
