thanks you so much...im getting nervous...this is my first one...

one more question for you or anyone, can one do a water enema before hand? that same day? i would think that would clean out stuff and help? or will it affect my liver and change the effect of the clense???

it seems to be a day of cleansing here in the house, inside and out...good time to do the liver!
