olive oil is easily digested by your body, its a natural oil. As for the flaxseed, its used to get the bowels moving, I personnally have used it over the years and my stomach rolls at the thought of it now. I would stick to the olive oil, it does the job.

You'll be sticking pretty closed to the washroom as it is, with the epson salts.

I tried the orthinine and it didn't make any difference, I have no problem doing the cleanse without it.
