I have a few books I think are very reliable herbal books (at least I think so) and couldn't find anything about it in those. I checked many sites on the internet, but didn't know which ones to trust. I then came upon the Herbs Etc. website where they have a list of herbs to stay away from during pregnancy. That is the last one I checked this afternoon. I have several pregnancy books on herbs and none of them even mentioned ashwagandha. I'm baffled as to where to look next. I appreciate all the effort to find out. Thanks!
