Here's my daily 'drill' thanks to Hv's help ... hormones are one of my big issues too....
* Ashwagandha, 1 cap w/meals, for adrenals and thyroid, which can help with stress and depression, stimulates the GABA (gamma amino butyric acid) in the brain receptors,
* B vitamins, 2x a day w/meals, for digestion, gas, bloating,
* DL-Phenylalanine (DLPA), 2 caps a day for pain, mood, memory,
* Grape Bitters, ½ eyedropper w/meals for increased stomach acid, better digestion, liver cleansing,
* Jiaogulan, as tea for for hormones,
[has 90 sterols]
* Lethicin granules, 1 tbls w/meals, for liver,
[has 5 sterols]
* Maca, ½ teas. 2x a day, for energy, hormones, endocrine system,
* Nettle leaf, 1 cap a day for adrenals & liver
* Schisandra berry, 2 pills a day for liver, immune system, mental clarity. Schisandra berry has a lot of saponins, which enhance the effects of other herbs by increasing their absorption.
* Silica [D.E.], continuously in water, for hemorrhoids, joints, skin, hair, nails, bones, ligaments, muscles
* Suma, 2 tabs a day for hormones, adrenals, stress,
* TMG, 500mg-1,000mg 3x a day w/meals for hormone balance, liver, digestion, reducing homocysteine, increasing glutathione, production of neurotransmitters, hormones, building cartilage, improving energy

* Turmeric, as needed, for liver,
* Vitex (chaste tree berry), 2 times a day for increased natural progesterone & hormonal balance,
* Yucca root, 1 cap a day for adrenals, joints,
* Zinc, 50mg 1 a day with largest meal, for digestion, gas, bloating,
