SOLD! I've got to get that giant jar of Nutiva Coc. oil down from the shelf and start using it for a change. I'll have to tell my husband, too, about the peanut butter and soy blocking iodine. He eats both, and I occasionally get into his peanut butter if I'm in a hurry and have a craving. I just went for raw tahini instead....

BTW, DH won't eat coconut products because he's bought into the Blood Type Diet and says coconut is bad for type A's....
