I am new here and have only posted once, but I have a quick question about ashwagandha. I have been reading about it's benefits for adrenal/thyroid issues which I have. I plan to post about my issues soon, but I had thought to go ahead and try the ashwagandha. But we have been trying to have another baby and I am getting mixed reviews about this herb on the internet. Some places say it may cause abortions and some places say it actually balances the hormones and stabilizes pregnancy. I really do not know who to believe. The herbal books I have on pregnancy have very little information on this herb, except to not take during pregnancy. Does anyone have any experience with this? I would tend to go on the side of caution if there is no definite conclusive answer, but would need something to use instead of the ashwagandha. Any ideas? Thanks!
