I have no experience, and it always sounded radical to me.

day two, eh? have you been thirsty? seems like a stupid question really, but maybe not. what's the weather like?
It's very hot here . Does this mean no bathing?

I have a sense it's is something you'd want to be prepared for -- ie. not jumping in, from eating badly, or drinking anything that puts you in arrears, liquid-wise.
