This is my first cleanse too and I was scared to do it at first also. But it helped me to know that the critters were dead, if they were alive no way I would be able to do it, lol.

The first week I didn't really look, but then curiousity got the best of me. I have found that an easy way to go about doing it is to get one of those large plastic spoons and a chopstick, then pull the stool up in the spoon, and use the chop stick to poke through it.

I am the biggest baby when it comes to worms and stuff. But ever since the first time I got brave and started poking, I have been able to do it like it's nothing. I think that once you start examining your stools you'll be ok, and very happy when you do find things because you will feel better just knowing that they are not in your body anymore :) Hope this helps.
