yeah that hit home. at the time of the enema i had consumed smooth move with psyllium mixed in. I intend to have a colonic performed tomorrrow and after that I am gonna leave things be. I may be doing a research study where I consume regular foods unfortunately (but i need the money) and when its over I intend to take the money and go see a naturopath. today I messed up and had some pumpernickel pretzels and my tongue cleared up. I realized that i should stop guessing and go see a doctor and naturopath. Unfortunately my health insurance was cancelled, any suggestions?

also I stuck my finger in my anus and it seems to be a bit wider. What should I do? Does that mean that my system is exhausted because in retrospect the last few months with the exception of Oxypowder and pb shakes i use laxatives, enemas, and suppositories just to go to the bathroom.
