The swf sounds very unhealthy to me. Remember you are not eating. You are just taking juice. I think you should leave the intestinal cleanse up to the wisdom of your body. It will happen when it is the right time if you leave it to nature. I know I have read negative things about the swf. I don't have time to research it for you but I know the information is out there. It really makes sense to me. How could taking all that salt be healthy? I don't want to start a debate. This is just food for thought.
