Just because you've completed a Water Fast it doesn't make you a know-it-all. I've completed a water only fast and I do not feel any different on this fast than I did with the other. She fasted for weight loss and she achieved that. I mean, going from 228 to the 120's is bloody amazing and I don't think you telling her she done it all wrong is going to effect her at all. She's happy and it's nice to see that most people on here are actually happy for her. Fasting is just that,..'fasting'. She didn't consume any food, She lost the weight. She's happy. The end.
