Have you tried magnesium for constipation? Magnesium citrate WILL work so will cheap magnesium oxide, take several at a time. Magnesium citrate works FAST. I've only had to use it once and it worked within an hour of drinking it. Magnesium oxide is not absorbed very well by the body so it goes straight to the bowels. Be sure to drink plenty of water though to help the magnesium work well.
