I've probably gone through every cleanse, diet and device mentioned on this site with good and/or poor results and I have to say that Turmeric has generated the most amazing benefits thus far. I am only on day 7 of taking two capsules per day (1 with each meal) and I've unloaded webs, piles and globs of candida at almost 1 hour intervals for 3 days and I think there's still a great deal making its way out of me.

Sleep and slight abdominal discomfort have been tuff, but it's very rewarding to see and feel such progress for twenty bucks. I feel very good and I hope this may be the answer for some of us. I am sure a combination of other herbs would not hurt, but I am 100% satisfied with Turmeric and it extract.

If you want to give it a shot, go for a turmeric root and turmeric CURCUMIN extract blend. The CURCUMIN extract is very important!! I am taking Turmeric Supreme from Gaia Herbs which can be found at most Whole Foods and health stores. It's a liquid extract and Gaia makes awesome products.
