Congratulating someone on loosing weight by employing dangerous practices as in "starvation dieting with the consumption of known chemicals" only brings to mind an analogy of someone who successfully got off heroin only to be addicted to methadone (another drug).
Its sort of like - from one bad thing to another, but lets congratulate them!
Anyone who would rave about this kind of success is far short on the overall understanding of whats involved.
