I'm reading all this flush information and am overwhelmed! Sounds like everybody needs to do this, but it also sounds somewhat brutal, although I did read a post that advised of what sounded like a gentler method involving egg yolks and limes. I take a product for Liver Cleansing (Liver CS PLus from Logos Nutritionals)that contains milk thistle and ALA as well as cleansing herbs, so do I still need to do this flush?! If you clean the liver, are you automatically cleaning the gall bladder? Is a Liver Flush really a gall bladder flush or do you have to do both?
