Yes; I am hooked; its my cocaine.
Just kidding; but, My two days off a week is not as nice as the 5 on.

As a single mother with two kids and three jobs I have a quick fix if I need energy;
5-10 drops of Lugols , half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a glass of water. 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil and a cup of strong coffee; I am then on top for several hours.
Not recommended daily; but I do it a couple of times a month whenever I have no chance of getting my sleep; as when going from a night shift directly to the next job.
