Thanks for the feedback Trap.I guess I'll stay at this dosage

and then kick it up a bit at some point to see how it affects

me.By the way,I'm also doing DE,do you think they are

compatible?So far I feel great and I love the results from the

the DE.I'm hoping it will eventually mend my tendonitist

but all the other benefits are added bonus.
